Crystal Mountain – Michigan PGA Women’s Open – June 24 – 26, 2019

Crystal Mountain is proud to be celebrating 15 years as host of the Michigan PGA Women’s Open. We hope you will join us for this premier event considered among the finest Women’s Open Championships in the nation.

Over the last decade, Crystal Mountain along with its committed partners has created an event that consistently attracts current and former LPGA players, club professionals and top amateurs from across the nation and around the world. Hosted on the signature Mountain Ridge course, the three-round championship has been decided on the final hole of regulation or a playoff in six of the previous nine years. Such drama has garnered much attention from print, broadcast and online media throughout the state of Michigan and well beyond the state’s borders.

As is tradition, the weekend begins with the  Michigan PGA Women’s Open Pro-Am , a 36-hole scramble, featuring mixed– and women-only teams, open to everyone.

What a fabulous tournament and an amazing champion! Sarah Burnham finished -18 for the three rounds.

Thank you to all our volunteers, friends from the Michigan PGA and all our sponsors who made the tournament possible.

We could not do it without the support from great companies and organizations like Coca-Cola, Hylant, Club Car, Watson's, Fifth Third Bank, Blarney Castle, Traverse City Tourism, Chemical Bank and Alliance Beverage. Thank you for being our partners.

This was the 18th Michigan Women's Open held at Crystal Mountain and we look forward to hosting it for years to come.

Sarah Burnham had a beautiful drive on the No. 18 par 5 that helped set her up for a 20-foot eagle putt from the back fringe of the Mountain Ridge course on Wednesday. She has kept the lead after two days in the Michigan Women’s Open at Crystal Mountain.

The former Michigan State star now playing on the LPGA Tour used the eagle to cap a 2-under 70 for a 9-under 135 total, just one shot on Nishtha Madan of Grand Rapids heading into Wednesday’s final round of the $40,000 championship.
